Meet Jax – Your Mortgage Guide with Heart and Hustle

Helping people has always been in my DNA. I started my journey in mortgage nearly 20 years ago while earning my bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M—and I never looked back. Even as I pursued my law degree (yep, also from Texas A&M!), I kept coming back to mortgages because I saw how life-changing the right guidance could be.

For most people, buying a home is the biggest financial move they’ll ever make—and let’s be honest, it can feel intimidating. That’s where I come in. I use my unique mix of legal, financial, and real-life know-how to simplify the process, answer the tough questions, and make home financing feel doable.

To me, there’s nothing better than helping someone go from overwhelmed to confident—and handing over those keys. It’s more than a job. It’s a joy.

Meet Patrick – Your Mortgage Bestie (yes, pun intended)

There’s nothing better than seeing the pure joy on someone’s face when they buy their first home—or when we save them thousands through refinancing. Knowing I played a part in making that happen? That’s what keeps me fired up every day.

For me, it’s not just about numbers and paperwork. It’s about people, stories, and helping folks reach big milestones with confidence. Being part of that journey is more than rewarding—it’s why I do what I do!

Peanut Butter and Jelly

The Mascots

Meet Peanut Butter & Jelly – The PBJ Mortgage Mascots
Office Security (PB) • Snack Inspector (Jelly) • Blanket Connoisseurs

Peanut Butter and Jelly are the dynamic dachshund duo behind the name—and the vibes—at PBJ Mortgage. These sisters aren’t just cute faces; they’re the unofficial CEOs of comfort and chaos.

Peanut Butter, ever alert and always on duty, takes her role as office watchdog very seriously. No delivery, visitor, or squirrel goes unnoticed on her watch. Jelly, on the other hand, is all about the snacks—and will absolutely stare you down for a bite of your lunch.

Their favorite spot? Mom’s office chair, stacked high with cozy blankets just for them. It’s their throne, their nap zone, and their preferred place to supervise mortgage magic.

At PBJ Mortgage, they remind us daily that home is where the comfort (and treats) are.
